We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you and you would like your money back. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the regulations listed below.
We accept returns for products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered or left for collection and will arrange a full refund to your original payment method.
Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped, with the original packaging and all labels, to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will not be reimbursed unless there is a defect in the goods.
Products that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way may be rejected. Therefore, please be careful when trying on the goods as we cannot accept goods with make-up and/or perfumed stains.
For returns that qualified for free shipping and are returned without exchange, our standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Personalised items and custom made items are excluded from exchange.
In addition, for your and our safety, all Fashion Masks are final sales. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns of this item.
If you purchase with a promotion code, the refund will be for the amount of the actual payment, which was invoiced after the voucher was used. Marked SALE products are excluded from the right of return and exchange. The general terms and conditions of the particular promotion applies.

HOW DO I RETURN?
If your order meets the above requirements contact email@example.com for processing your return.
Important: A return note must be enclosed with the shipment. Without an enclosed return receipt, we cannot identify the shipment and cannot arrange a refund.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
Unfortunately, we do not currently cover or refund the shipping costs for returning items for exchange or refund. Please note that your package must be sufficiently stamped.
We strongly recommend that you use a registered postal service to return items and log the tracking details as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a returned item. We strongly recommend that you keep proof of postage so that you have proof if we do not receive your package.
We understand that postal charges can be expensive, so we do not expect express delivery for returns.
If you wish to make an exchange, we will arrange for the new item to be sent to you free of charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Please note that there is no notification of receipt. Once we receive your return, it will take 2-5 business days for your return to be processed in our warehouse. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund.
The refund can only be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds from PayPal and credit cards may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
If a customer does not accept the delivery of his order or if the necessary duties and taxes are not paid by the customer (applicable to non-EU countries) to complete a delivery, WEAT cannot refund the full order price. Refunds can only be processed if the original product is received in our warehouse. Therefore, any return charges associated with a customer not accepting their order must be deducted from the original order price within a refund amount.
We monitor the number of returns and future returns will be flagged and possibly rejected at our discretion.
